The De Beauvoir Flower and Produce Show is on Sunday 14th September 2 – 5.30pm outside St Peter’s and in the Crypt. As well as the famous Dog Show, there will be the usual stalls of plants, books and cakes as well as a brilliant raffle and tombola. There are activities for children including a jarbola and rodent race. Downstairs in the Crypt the flower and produce competition takes place alongside the cafe which will be serving tea and cakes. Start getting your entries ready now as there is something for everyone – the Classes are: Flowers, Home grown Fruit and Veg, Domestic Delights, Young Gardeners and Photography, Drawing and Painting, full details HERE.
This year you can pre-enter by completing this FORM (click here) by 12th September. Needless to say, you will still have to bring your entries to the church between 10am and 12 noon on the day, but we will have printed out your forms for you. As usual there are cups to be won and prizes for children at 4:30 followed by an auction at 4:45.
