Message from Celia (our quiz-master)
It’s just to say a big THANK YOU for the delicious Prosecco (which just happens to be my favourite tipple) – far too good for the workers (let alone an ever-so-‘umble quiz master)! Please could you mention my appreciation to others in the Club? I was really impressed that so many people knew the answers to so many of the questions ….not that I doubt the collective knowledge of the DBG but I thought too many of them might be too obscure / odd / whimsical and that everyone might get disheartened by not getting enough of them. Phew. All was well.
Thanks again, and here’s wishing y’all a Jolly Yule – looking forward to seeing you in the New Year, if not before!
